Vinification:

Hand harvested, double sorting, traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats, aged for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new).

Color:

Garnet red with purplish tints.

Nose:

Aromas of black fruit combined with floral touches and notes of truffle and cigar box.

Palate:

A subtly full-bodied wine with deep, intense black fruit aromas, firm tannins, and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
