Miraval - IGP Méditerranée - Studio by Miraval - Blanc - 2023

Wine:

A model of delicacy, the 2023 white IGP Méditerranée Studio by Miraval is a pure, elegant, iodine-infused Rolle, bursting with bold and fruity flavors. Refreshingly crisp, it offers notes of white flowers and citrus that brim with vivacity and a very pleasant length. Seize this cuvée, created in homage to the "Studio" where legendary bands like Pink Floyd, The Cure, AC/DC, Sting, Indochine, and The Cranberries recorded their greatest hits.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, the wine is matured in tulip-shaped concrete vats with rounded bottoms, generating a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and resembles batonnage (stirring of the lees).

The estate has chosen to package this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and eliminating any cork taint.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Flavors of citrus and white flowers.

Palate:

This fresh cuvée is underpinned by fine minerality, revealing lively notes of white flowers and citrus fruit. A long-lasting wine with a fine bitter finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
