The 2017 red Volnay 1er Cru Les Mitans offers a particularly refined reading of this terroir, with notes of perfectly ripe red fruits mixed with wild flowers. Vinification:

Hand harvested, total destemming. Vinification in open vats for about 4 weeks and ageing in oak barrels for 18 months.

Bright red, of good intensity.

Pure and fresh aromas of red fruits with a halo of wild flowers.

Fresh and sapid this bottle will delight you by its freshness, its fine tannins and its great persistence.

Serve between 12 and 14°C.
