Very pure, straight and concentrated, the 2016 Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons unfolds a palate of great intensity, carried by the graphite notes of the Cabernet grape and beautiful notes of black fruits. Both ripe and fresh, it combines both power and elegance. A success that won us over, rated 16/20. A bottle to drink or to age, to be served with a nice red meat.Vinification:
Hand harvested, 100% destemmed, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel truncated cone shaped tanks.Aged for 12 to 14 months in barrels, 35% of which are new French oak and the rest in a majority of 1 wine.
