The 2022 White Chablis Per Aspera is the estate’s hallmark cuvée, delivering flawless quality year after year. This vintage shines with purity, freshness, and minerality, showcasing the ripeness and generosity of the year, perfectly balanced by the wine’s saline tension. There’s plenty of depth, vibrant character, and, of course, that unmistakable Chablis minerality. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.
The 2022 Chablis 1er Cru Les Fourneaux is all about tension and purity, revealing floral and subtle shell-like notes, with no overt influence from oak. Full of youthful vibrancy, it shows lively energy, a focused, precise profile, and the sharp edge of mineral-driven Chardonnay.
