Born from the clay and flint terroirs, the 2023 white Pouilly-Fumé Pascal Jolivet x Ventealapropriete is a floral and crisp Sauvignon that impresses with its purity and delicate aromas of white fruits, citrus, and flint. Its refreshing structure highlights the dynamic and mineral character of the Sauvignon, with a sapid and balanced profile, ending in a beautiful, sharp, and saline finish. A universal delight! Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
