The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Renowned for its prestige and crowned with the highest critical acclaim, Domaine Jacques Prieur stands among the stars of French winemaking. Its success and reputation are inseparable from Nadine Gublin, the esteemed winemaker since 1990, who has crafted a formidable style—precise and uncompromising.

Beloved by many, this estate's wines are quickly snapped up and often sell out rapidly. Fortunately, in 2013, another high-end venture emerged: Labruyère-Prieur, still under the guidance of Nadine Gublin and embracing the same standards of excellence as the historic house. With meticulous execution and perfectly judged aging, nothing is left to chance. To this precision, Nadine Gublin always adds her personal touch.
Wine Originating from 80 ares of spectacular grey-white soils, the 2022 white Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot is truly exceptional. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed, settled, and then aged on lees without stirring. This superb terroir yields a wine that is seamless, incisive, and precise, endowed with a lovely fullness and, above all, remarkable clarity. It surpasses its premier cru status and could even aspire to greater heights!
Vinification Hand harvested, whole grapes pressed. Aged on fine lees in oak barrels for 20 months, without stirring. Complete malolactic fermentation.
