The estate and the wine |

Harvested by hand. Vinification in concrete vats for all three grape varieties. Matured for 18 months in small concrete vats for the Grenache and Mourvèdre, 6 months in concrete vats and 12 months in barrels for the Syrah. Certified organic wine. |
