Vinification The exact blend for this cuvée comes from "collection vines", where numerous grape varieties are planted: century-old Grenache, Vaccarèse, Counoise, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Terret Noir and Muscardin.
Hand-harvested, traditional vinification, aged for 15 months: 25% in demi-muids, 25% in barrels, 25% in truncated-cone wooden vats, 25% in concrete vats.
