First Robert, then Bernard and Myriam left a lasting mark on the history of Gaillac, standing as pioneers in preserving local grape varieties and reviving traditional winemaking methods.

Far from trends and conventions, their son Florent now carries the torch with unwavering dedication. He continues to champion indigenous grapes, crafting bold, characterful wines—all from single varieties. Each cuvée is a one-of-a-kind expression, marked by purity, precision, and a fiercely independent spirit.
Wine The 2019 Gaillac Duras Red proudly showcases the noble rusticity of the Duras grape, with a structure that’s both firm and refined, and a texture that’s generous yet supple. Aromas of dark berries and cocoa weave through a ripe, well-infused, and beautifully balanced palate. The tannins are present but never overwhelming, giving the wine depth and definition, along with notes of spice and a subtle smoky edge. It’s full of character and charm—a wine that shines with slow-cooked dishes like osso buco or seven-hour lamb. A must-try, and a favourite of our Selection Committee. Rated 93/100.
Vinification Hand harvested. Vinification in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. Total destemming and short vatting period. Aged in cement tanks for 12 months.
