The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A Cru Classé from Provence, superbly located on the hillsides of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Minuty has been crafting wines with international success for over 25 years — and the acclaim shows no sign of fading!

This iconic estate needs no introduction. As a star of Provence rosé and an essential feature of summer tables, Minuty continues to define the style.
Wine Made primarily from Grenache, the 2023 Côtes de Provence Côté Presqu’île Rosé is an irresistibly charming and fruit-forward rosé. Bursting with aromas of red berries and a hint of candied sweetness, it unfolds with subtle layers and a delicate touch of vanilla for an extra indulgent twist. Lively and refreshingly straightforward, this is a rosé that’s made to accompany your entire meal, from start to finish.
Vinification Grapes from all the Côtes de Provence terroirs, both continental and maritime. Pressing and fermentation at low temperature. No malolactic fermentation.

Wine from a négociant.
