The Pic Saint-Loup, the coolest terroir in Languedoc, is a treasure trove of vibrant and expressive cuvées. Guided by the talent of Frédéric Mézy at Clos des Augustins, Le Prieuré de Beauregard has mastered this style, drawing from exceptionally well-placed clay-limestone parcels, among the most coveted in the region.
With altitude, an easterly exposure, and proximity to the first foothills of the Cévennes, the vineyard enjoys ideal conditions for producing fresh, lively, and striking wines, all certified organic. |

The 2023 Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert Val de Montferrand Le Blanc presents a refined profile, with fresh and pure aromas of fruit, flowers, and linden leaf—a hallmark of the Vermentino, Chardonnay, and Roussanne blend. The palate is equally inviting, with a generous yet vibrant character, displaying elegance and subtle bitterness on the finish. This Mediterranean-inspired wine is perfect for an aperitif or paired with shrimp, grilled fish, or savory pastries with anchovies or cheese. Rated 91/100 by the Selection Committee. |
