Wine:
Celebrating Mourvèdre at 70%, complemented by Grenache and Syrah, the 2021 red Châteauneuf-du-Pape La part des Anges introduces a novelty this vintage: full vinification in new demi-muids and foudres to achieve a more precise and integrated woodiness from the wine's early days. The result is impressive: from the first pour, floral notes, sugared strawberries, and garrigue blend seamlessly, underpinned by ripe purity. The wine's juicy, fresh yet intense and concentrated body melts into flavors of black olive and mild spices, surrounded by silky tannins. A precisely crafted, delicately blended, elegant, and already delectable ensemble. A bottle of profound emotion, designed for long aging! Rated 98/100 by Parker.Vinification:

A leading player in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils is among the most sought after. Producing dazzling wines rich in vitality and balance, crafted according to organic and biodynamic principles, it surpasses many of its peers. Few can boast such consistency and class.
Long praised by Robert Parker, acquiring its wines has become increasingly difficult: upon release of each vintage, the estate is quickly overwhelmed.
