A model of Barolo, the 2018 Red Serralunga d'Alba Barolo combines luscious morello cherry and toasty aromas with a refined, infused and delicate palate, marked by the presence of firm tannins. It is a wine to be decanted before drinking to refine its substance and which will evolve beautifully over time. To be reserved on a piece of lamb or beef.Vinification:
Manual harvesting. Fermentation and maceration in cement vats for about 15 to 20 days at temperatures ranging from 27 to 30°C. Aging for 18 to 30 months in Slovenian oak barrels followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.Color:
