From north-facing limestone scree soils, the 2020 red Château Simone AOP Palette expresses itself around juicy and accomplished flavors of fruit, a spicy touch and smooth tannins. The firm and deep structure augur a very good aging. Built for aging, with a tasty evocation of Mediterranean flavors on the finish, this red wine imposes its fresh and bewitching style.Vinification:
