The 2022 red Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes charms instantly, unfolding with delightful notes of fresh fruit and Burlat cherry. Its subtle oak aging is seamlessly integrated, resulting in a palate that's already harmonious, featuring suave textures, fine tannins, and a savory, crisp juice. This lovely bottle will further improve with an additional 2 to 3 years of cellar aging.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation, no chaptalization or oenological inputs.Aged 14 months in oak barrels, including 10% new wood, no fining, no filtration.
