Le Prieuré de Saint-Jean de Bébian is reasserting its place as a Languedoc icon. Nestled in outstanding terroirs—a mosaic of soils, plots, exposures, and microclimates—this historic estate has been evolving since 2015.

A trailblazer for Languedoc reds, it helped define the region’s classic profile, producing wines that are deep, layered, and balanced. The estate’s exceptional vine material, with Syrah from Chave, Grenache from Rayas, and Mourvèdre from Tempier, adds unmatched character to each vintage.

Under the direction of Benoît Pontenier, the wines are crafted with precision and purity. The reds, partially vinified with whole clusters and aged mainly in large oak vats, reveal floral notes, depth, and refined tannins—a true testament to the region’s potential.
