The 2019 Red South Australia Bin 389 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from different climates on the island, aged in American barrels. Very fresh menthol notes, rich and abundant fruit (black currant, black cherry), and a touch of cedar and vanilla on the finish compose a seductive, generous, and seamless wine with very silky tannins. All the magic of Grange already accessible.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels of which 38% are new.Color:
