Its mineral chardonnay character, with floral and honeyed notes, captivates from the first sip with its richness. The palate follows suit, offering breadth around ripe, well-nurtured fruit. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Fermentation in demi-muids for one to two wines.
Aged on fine lees for 12 months, then 4 to 6 months in vats.
