The 2021 red Fronsac Château Tour du Moulin once again proves that this terroir has a potential that rivals the greatest. Blending Merlot and Cabernet into a supple and elegant juice, marked by notes of graphite, piquillos, and pepper, it offers a very accessible drink, already ready to enjoy. Take advantage of it quickly, especially at this price.Vinification:
Hand-harvested by plot. Parcel-by-parcel vinification, long, gentle maceration to preserve elegance and freshness. Aged in barrels, 30% new and 70% one-wine barrels.Color:
