Wine:

The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune is a wine of great depth—rich and balanced, predominantly driven by Pinot Noir, which imparts structure and intensity. It boasts a brioche character with a subtle toastiness from the reserve wines and a small portion aged in large barrels. This iconic cuvée features a distinctive vinous character, including up to 45% reserve wines, carefully selected to ensure the quality and consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style.

The Clicquot Ice Jacket, launched in 2004, represents the perfect balance of design and innovation. This functional sleeve keeps your champagne chilled, making it ideal for enjoying at any time and in any place!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%°) and Pinot Meunier (20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the chalk cellars.
Dosage: 9g/l.

The Ice Jacket is made from a single material: recycled plastic fibres.

Color:

Yellow gold with fine bubbles.

Nose:

Pure on fruity flavors such as peach, pear and mirabelle plum, with notes of vanilla and brioche.

Palate:

Powerful and fresh with bright fruity flavors, this Champagne has an ample structure and complex aromatics, revealing a generous, vinous juice with a long, expressive finish.

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
