The 2022 Bituit et Maximus Red IGP Collines Rhodaniennes is a delicate, silky Syrah with elegant smoky notes. Light and fresh, it reveals crisp red berry aromas alongside fine tannins, creating a savoury and aromatic profile. Perfect to enjoy now, it pairs beautifully with cured meats or grilled dishes.Vinification:
Hand and mechanical harvested, vinified in temperature-controlled concrete vats. Maceration for 3 weeks with gentle extraction.Aged 10 months in concrete vats.
