A blend of Grenache and Syrah, the 2021 red IGP Coteaux de Béziers ADN is a gourmet wine with crisp fruity notes. It has a very fresh, delicate profile, with notes of peony, rose and pit fruit. The digestible structure, with refined tannins, remains very accessible and provides immediate pleasure. Enjoy it today to make the most of its freshness and energy, and serve it slightly chilled with grilled meat.

Vinification:

Hand-picked on September 4 for Syrah, September 14 for Grenache and September 19 for Alicante. 100% destemming, vinification at 25°C, pumping over and punching down for 3 weeks.

Color:

Deep, dark garnet red.

Nose:

Fresh, with Grenache dominating the nose. A delicate, infused profile with notes of peony, rose and pit fruit.

Palate:

Digestible, with fine, velvety tannins and a powerful, gourmet structure, this cuvée, appreciated for its generosity, is the perfect definition of a convivial, sunny wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Grilled meats, summer salads, skewered duck breast with blackcurrant reduction, lamb chop with rosemary, roasted beet.
