Ripe and invigorating, the Brut Cuvée Réservée Champagne is perfect in its elegant and immediately accessible style. Made from a blend dominated by Pinots and nine vintages, aged for three years in the cellar, it has great depth and a vinous aspect supported by a dynamic and brilliant structure. The nose of citrus fruits, candied lemon peel, and the floral touch is pleasing without detour; the palate is complex, full, and ripe, the bubble delicate and comfortable. It is a champagne for an aperitif or meal to be savored now.Vinification:
