Looking for a Médoc that stands out from the crowd? Clos du Jaugueyron delivers everything you’d hope for! This Bordeaux gem comes highly recommended by Olivier Poussier, the Best Sommelier in the World and a member of our Committee.

Michel Théron and Stéphanie Destruhaut lead this unique project in total harmony with nature. Their 7 biodynamic hectares span around 15 plots across Haut-Médoc (4 ha) and Margaux (neighboring Le Tertre), partly nestled in the woods where a vegetable garden, beehives, and cellars coexist.

Their minimalist approach is captivating: gentle extractions, minimal sulfur, and aging in large vessels to preserve the fruit’s purity. The result? Wines of exceptional elegance with a distinct character that speaks for itself.
