Buoyed by a very high-level, sunny vintage, the 2018 Red Chambolle-Musigny is a great bottle that is beginning to express itself through flavors of fresh fruit and a great deal of finesse, delicately oaked. Magnificent in its power and balance, it still offers great ageing potential, but will be irresistible today with roast poultry or veal chop.Vinification:
Hand harvested, totally destemmed.Vinification in open vats for around 4 weeks, then aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
