A sparkling Chenin from a 30-are parcel of old vines, the 2018 White Saumur Brut Les Quarts Saint-Vincent is an exclusive cuvée held to the same high standards as the rest of the estate's range. Fermented in large casks, with no dosage, and aged for nearly 5 years on lees—just like a great Champagne—this wine offers a delicately smoky, energetic expression of the varietal, precise and invigorating. A standout ambassador for the fine bubbles of the Loire Valley.Vinification:
Hand harvested, 50-year-old vines, traditional method vinification, fermentation in foudre, aged 9 months on lees in vats and 54 months on laths.No dosage. Disgorged in January 2024.
