The 2019 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Thaïs has all the attributes of a great southern white wine without the excesses associated with its climate. Soft texture, bewitching scents of lime blossom, infusion, white flowers and white fruits, a palate of great volume underlined by a very ripe harvest... A very beautiful bottle to keep for ten years and to associate with poultry, turbot or scallops.Vinification:
Hand harvested in crates with a low yield of 30 hectoliters per hectare. Matured for 7 months in Burgundy rooms. Manual bottling.Micro-vintage of 700 bottles.
