The 2022 White Bierzo La Salvacion is a spectacular wine made from Godello, sourced from a single hectare of century-old vines in the northernmost and coolest village of the appellation, at nearly 700 meters altitude. Vinified in 500-liter barrels, it reveals floral and yellow fruit notes that enhance a smooth, crisp profile with constant freshness. This wine is an absolute delight with an innate charm. Rated 94/100 by Parker.

Vinification:

Hand harvested during the last week of August. Pressing of the grapes, fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Bright, luminous pale yellow.

Nose:

Subtle aromas of yellow fruit, apricot and peach skin underlined by a floral note.

Palate:

Light and delicious, this wine with its crunchy fruit releases a flattering juice and fresh, balanced flavors.
