The 2022 Red Givry Champ Lalot is an elegant expression of ripe Pinot Noir, with warm, fruity notes and a subtle oak influence that will soften with time. The palate is full and generous, balanced by fine tannins, making it a great choice to enjoy now or to cellar for 5 years or more.Vinification:
Hand harvested, the proportion of de-stemming and whole grapes varies according to the vintage. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 to 19 days in stainless steel vats, with 2 daily punchings of the cap. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are new.Color:
