From now until 2030Nestled between the Cévennes mountains and the fragrant scrubland, Faugères is a pristine haven where nature holds sway. It's within this untouched setting, shaped by schist soils, that Frédéric Albaret has made his mark at Domaine Saint-Antonin. Embracing organic and agro-ecological practices, he tends to this robust terroir with extensive grazing, sheep, and ground cover vegetation.
